Cancellation Policy

Schedule and Refund policy Please note that Fees for Services are NonRefundable. To notify us for a need to reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at brewstateba@gmail.com. Image and Likeness Consent. I hereby grant Brew State a royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of my image, likeness, name, and/or appearance, as captured in photographs, videos, or other media (collectively, “Images”), for purposes related to Brew State's business model, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, digital content, training materials, and other commercial or business-related uses, in any media now known or later developed. I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for such use unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Images or the accompanying copy. I further release Brew State from any claims or liability arising from the use of the Images as permitted under this clause.
